Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of supremeclean.life and the cleaning services provided by Supreme Clean LLC ("Supreme Clean," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our site or booking our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Supreme Clean provides recurring residential house cleaning, including our signature Rotational Deep Clean, in the areas we serve. Specific services, scheduling, and pricing are confirmed with you before service begins.

Quotes, estimates, and pricing

The price range shown by our online quote tool is an estimate based on your home's square footage. It is not a final or guaranteed price.

Your first clean is billed at no more than the top of the range shown to you. After your first cleaning, we set your exact recurring price based on your home. If that recurring rate is lower than what you paid for the first clean, we credit the difference to your account; if it is higher than the range shown, we send you the recurring price to accept or decline. Recurring service continues only if you accept.

Scheduling, access, and cancellations

You agree to provide safe and reliable access to your home for scheduled cleanings, such as a lockbox or entry code. Please give us reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a visit.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and lockout terms — including any applicable fees — are disclosed to you at booking and apply as described there.

Payment

Payment is due as described at the time of booking and on your invoices. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for services rendered.

Satisfaction

If something was missed, let us know within 24 hours and we will return to make it right. Your satisfaction is the goal of our recurring service.

Your responsibilities

To help us clean safely and effectively, please secure cash, jewelry, and irreplaceable or fragile valuables, secure any pets, and let us know about hazards or areas you'd like us to avoid. Please ensure running water and power are available at the time of service.

Insurance and liability

Supreme Clean is insured and bonded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or damage caused by improperly secured or defective items. If you believe we caused damage, please notify us within 24 hours of service so we can investigate.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, and design of this website are owned by Supreme Clean and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Third-party services

Booking, payments, and account management may be handled through third-party platforms such as our customer portal. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the site or services means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
